KByte IT Services
KBYTE IT SERVICES

Your new business. Ready to work.

From your first business phone number to a connected team, we plan and set up the technology you need to launch. No IT knowledge required. Consultancy is always free.

Start with a conversation

Our IT setup for new businesses starts with what you want to do, not a list of equipment to buy. Tell us about your customers, team, budget and opening date. We explain your options, identify what is essential for launch and create a sensible order for the work.

Consultancy is always free of charge. We agree any setup, development, equipment and subscription costs separately before paid work begins.

Your number. Your business.

Give customers a clear way to reach you with a new business phone number and suitable telephony services. We help assess available numbers, internet-based calling, handsets, mobile apps, voicemail and call routing around your working day.

Existing-number transfers, number availability and connection requirements depend on the provider. We explain call costs, subscriptions and responsibilities before you commit.

An online presence that fits

We can bring together your domain, business email, website and small-business branding so customers see a consistent identity. Need to sell online? Add an e-shop with product management, delivery options and a suitable payment integration.

Our website and ecommerce design service covers the detailed build. We agree content, ownership, hosting and handover, with a site your team can manage.

A workplace that connects

Small business technology setup can include computers, Microsoft 365, user accounts, printers, Wi-Fi and secure shared files. We help choose systems that fit your work and establish appropriate access, multi-factor authentication and backup arrangements.

Opening premises? We can plan network cabling, fibre links, servers and NAS storage. Onsite work is arranged in Peterborough and surrounding areas; remote help is available across the UK.

Less admin. Better connections.

Startup systems automation can connect enquiries, bookings, customer records, orders and notifications. We begin with supported integrations and straightforward processes, so you do not pay for unnecessary complexity.

Where standard tools leave a gap, our bespoke software development can provide an internal portal, custom CMS or specialist integration. We agree permissions, data flows, running costs and a manual fallback before building.

Launch with a clear handover

Our startup IT services can coordinate the setup, test agreed workflows and show you how to use your systems. We document account ownership, renewal dates, supplier contacts and the responsibilities for keeping things working.

Choose a one-off launch project or discuss ongoing managed IT services afterwards. We explain what is included, what relies on another provider and which improvements can wait until the business grows.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Let’s clear a few things up.

Need something more specific?
We’re happy to help.

Can you help if I know nothing about IT?

Yes. Tell us what your business needs to do. We explain the options in plain English, plan the setup and can coordinate the agreed work and handover. You do not need to prepare a technical specification.

Is your IT consultancy free of charge?

Yes. KByte consultancy is always free of charge, not just the first conversation. Implementation, installation, development, equipment, third-party subscriptions and ongoing support are quoted or agreed separately before paid work begins.

Can you set up our business phone number and email?

We can help select and configure a suitable business phone service, number, domain and business email. Number availability, transfers, subscriptions and call charges depend on the chosen providers and are agreed before ordering.

Can you organise a website, online shop and payments together?

Yes. We can scope a website or online shop with branding, product administration and a suitable payment integration, including Stripe. Merchant approval, payment fees, hosting and any third-party subscriptions remain subject to the relevant provider.

Can we start small and add systems later?

Yes. We can prioritise what is needed for launch and plan later improvements. A one-off setup does not require an ongoing support agreement; maintenance and managed support can be discussed separately.
